2. General Provisions
2.1. These GTC apply to purchases made through the website https://shop.jpdecor.pl.
2.2. By using the website, the buyer accepts the terms of these GTC.
3. Products and Prices
3.1. The prices displayed on the website include VAT.
3.2. VAT-free purchases are only possible with a valid EU VAT number.
3.3. Customers without a valid EU VAT number may only purchase at prices increased by VAT. The VAT rate is 23%.
3.4. The listed prices not include shipping costs.
3.1.1. Shipping Cost
The shipping fee for large-format panels is 100 PLN per panel
The shipping fee for accessories, regardless of quantity, is 100 PLN
The shipping fee for the sample collection is or personal pickup free of charge
For accessories, if you also order panels, no shipping fee will be charged for the accessories. The shipping cost is calculated and added after the order has been placed.
4. Delivery and Collection
4.1. Products are delivered via a courier service.
4.2. The buyer has the option of personal pickup at the pickup point indicated above.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment method: advance bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
5.2. Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws in force.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. In accordance with Government Decree, the buyer (if considered a consumer) is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2. The buyer will receive a separate notice on the exercise and conditions of the right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints Handling
7.1. The buyer may submit complaints via the above contact details (phone, e-mail, letter).
7.2. The service provider handles complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and responds in writing.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Issues not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, as well as by the legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection.
8.2. These GTC shall enter into force on 16 August 2025.
